Casa Agnes - the surroundings
This is the middle house of three attached belonging to the Urbanization Guadalmina Playa. Why Playa (beach)? Well, the whole urbanization has a
unique location connected to culturally protected Roman Bath Ruins at Guadalmina beach. The distance to the beach is only 90 meters accessible in two ways.
One is by taking the small local public road and the other is via the private internal street.
The area is extremely peaceful with almost no traffic, yet only 1,5 km to the main road to Estepona westwards and the famous yacht harbor Puerto Banus
and Marbella a couple of km eastwards. Just beyond the main street is the entrance to the charming small town San Pedro de Alcantára
offering everything you may require.
Next to the Urbanization is a beach club and a number of tennis courts. There are numerous golf courses in the area. Nearest by are Guadalmina North and
South Courses, which virtually surround the area.
The garden
The garden facing the street has recently been retiled and a small storage house has been built. The pool garden holds a private pool and is undergoing an
extensive face lift. The covered terrace of 60 m2 has been extended towards the pool ending in a water fall. The whole garden around the pool has been
re-tiled with built in walk over spotlights, a storing house has been built in the far end to protect pool pump and provide storage. A fix garden shower has
been installed. In order to provide endless swimming exercise, an underground jet stream has been installed to create the current.

Entering the house the kitchen is to the right, fully equipped including dish washer, laundry washing machine plus tumble dryer in combination.
To the left is a TV room alternatively bed room. Proceeding to the living room with an open fire place and open connection with the dining area. Large glass
sliding doors open up to the covered terrace with a sitting group of Ketal furniture and a round breakfast table with some 8 available chairs. The covered
terrace is provided with electrically driven metal blinds for protection and security purposes. Next to the stairs to the upper floor is a guest toilet with
a shower.
Walking upstairs there is one bed room with double bed to the left and one to the right. The latter connects to a balcony which stretches
along the whole house side. Those two bedrooms have a common bathroom with toilet and bath. Further on there is a master bedroom with affiliating bathroom.
This room also leads to the balcony.
Internet
Modern people need to stay connected. For that purpose ADSL has been installed. For those who bring their own computer it is really valuable to use IP
telephone calls around the world.
